1. Country of Domicile & Governing Law

The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan is our country of domicile. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in Jordan.

2. Payment Methods, Currencies & Cardholder Responsibilities

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards (processed securely in USD or dynamic local currencies via integrated payment gateways) will be accepted for payment.

  • Cardholder Record Retention: The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

  • OFAC Sanctions Compliance: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the laws of Jordan.

3. Age Eligibility & User Accounts

  • Minor Restrictions: Customers using the website who are Minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

  • Account Confidentiality: The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and restricted access details.

4. User-Generated Content & Conduct

Our Service allows you to post product reviews, submit photos/videos of built STEM kits, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for ensuring that any Content you submit complies with local laws and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including brand logos, custom site design, and product text) are and will remain the exclusive property of GoSTEM Kits and its licensors.
