GoSTEM Kits Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At GoSTEM Kits ([https://gostemkits.com](https://gostemkits.com)), we want you and your young builders to be completely satisfied with every order. Below you will find our policies regarding order cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@gostemkits.com within 12 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment center, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched and marked as shipped, it cannot be canceled in transit. You may return the package once it arrives in accordance with our Return Policy below.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Immediate Replacement)

We offer a hassle-free exchange or replacement in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete kit at no extra charge:

  1. Contact us immediately upon receiving the item at support@gostemkits.com.

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage.

  3. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement item or send the missing component immediately.

3. Standard Return & Refund Policy

All items sold on gostemkits.com match the images and detailed descriptions on our product pages. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (buyer’s remorse), you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unbuilt, and in the exact condition that you received it.

  • All original packaging, manuals, wooden sheets, motors, and accessories must be kept intact.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item was received damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for standard return shipping fees, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a standard return, email support@gostemkits.com with your order number. Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 45 days.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers Only)

If you reside in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason:

  • The Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

  • How to Exercise It: Inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending an unequivocal written statement to support@gostemkits.com.

  • Effects of Withdrawal: We will refund all payments received from you for the purchased items no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods back. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Return Logistics: You must ship the goods back without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date you notify us of the withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
